Also, professional group of architects and engineers in charge of the various branches of the project, shall keep record of the construction process using annotations on the official blog of each project, because it is your duty to ensure the quality of construction. Responsible for the direction and Supervision of a building have a great liability so we take this step seriously. Professional group is also responsible for reviewing the progress of works regarding economic disbursements made by the client to allow maximum transparency in the construction. It is important to know that the technical direction and Supervision is mandatory in Costa Rica.
