About Us
JPA architecture is a Costa Rican firm dedicated to the design and construction of residential, commercial, and tourist projects. Our offices are located in the province of Guanacaste, offering our services in Costa Rica and starting soon in Nicaragua.
We are composed of an interdisciplinary team that covers all technical areas necessary for the execution of projects, with the professionalism, ability, interest and efficiency in order to satisfy their needs for design and construction projects.
We intend to create projects customized according to the needs and economic possibilities of each customer, having as main objective to transform dreams in built works. We serve customers of different nationalities in English or Spanish.
We handle projects of different scales and costs, for which we organize logistics between the different work teams to get a precise monitoring that ensures us an excellent completion, cost control and efficiency in the delivery time agreed, in such a way that our client is satisfied with the ordered product.
We try to keep us at the forefront with updated techniques of design and construction projects, which we apply for works of which our customers feel satisfied by expected comfort, quality and originality. We are also dabbling in LEED design, aware of the importance that architecture has on the environment.
